Glennis Saunders on December 7, 2024 at 5:55 pmThank you Rosemary for answering those questions that some will be asking when they see the subject of this first term study 2025. What’s the point of studying about the rituals and traditions of those Jewish ex-slaves as they lived in such different circumstances all those centuries ago? As New Testament Christians we are not locked into O.T. laws and rituals we don’t need to practice any more. Aren’t we meant to focus on God and on his Son Jesus Christ and what he is doing in the world today?

After listening to your Introduction I realize that there is much for us to learn from the ways God has revealed Himself to people of all backgrounds and history. Thank you.-
CWCI Australia on December 9, 2024 at 2:33 pmThanks Glennis – yes, we pray that this study will be well received by our KYB groups and that we will not be put off by what seems “out of date” – when all Scripture is valuable for our every day lives today.
