I grew up in a Christian home and been a part of the church my whole life. I gave my “heart” to Jesus as a young child when my grandfather was gravely ill.  I never really understood much but just knew that Jesus loved me.  As a typical teenager I went through some rebellious times, but always knew He was with me.  My spiritual growth really began when my perceived world was shattered, and I re-established my faith in Christ. I joined a KYB group about 20 years ago, craving a close relationship with Christ, and absolutely loved it.  I know how much studying God’s Word has impacted me in every aspect of my life. He has and is changing me daily as I walk with Him. Yes, life has trials, but I know that through those trials He is moulding and shaping me into who He wants me to be.

KYB holds such a special place in my heart as it was through this journey, I learned to trust Him more.  KYB has contributed greatly to where I am today, and I look forward to sharing this journey with some young mums from church.  To witness the joy of growth and know that what they read, and study will never leave them, just as it has not left me.
