COVID-19 (coronavirus) Update — 30 April

State and territory COVID 19 restrictions are changing — What is CWCI Australia’s response?

On 29 March 2020 the National Cabinet agreed to limit indoor and outdoor non-essential gatherings around Australia in an attempt to control the spread of COVID-19. Individual states and territories reinforced these requirement. In response CWCI Australia effected a blanket cancellation of face-to-face CWCI ministries across Australia.

Now, as individual states and territories begin to lift restrictions, National Management Board delegates responsibility to Regional Boards to direct a customised and, if necessary, staged response, fully compliant with relevant local and state government restrictions, for CWCI ministries within their region.

Regional Boards are asked to keep Head Office updated about their response so that staff are able to give correct information to national enquirers.
