Introducing the KYB study: Serve! Shine! Rejoice! Philippians
CWCI Australia has now released its latest Know Your Bible (KYB) study for Term 4, 2025, “Serve! Shine! Rejoice! Philippians.” This five-unit study was developed from notes written by Marge Hanna. KYB groups across Australia will commence this study at the beginning of the last school term of 2025.
The book of Philippians in the New Testament is a favourite of many Christians. It is generally accepted that it came from a letter written by the Apostle Paul to the Church at Phillipi. Paul was in prison under house arrest when he wrote it, yet it is full of encouragement to the church at Philippi and thankfulness for their provision to him, despite his circumstances.
To help those doing this study gain a greater understanding of it, Marge Hanna has provided an Introduction on the CWCI Australia website. Marge’s Introduction can be downloaded for use by groups or individuals in audio and print version at KYB Introductions – CWCI Australia.
As the school term resumes in each state, KYB groups and CWCI Committees throughout Australia often arrange various in person and online Introductions to each KYB study. At these events a speaker will ‘introduce’ the study in a comparable way to Marge. Women everywhere are welcome to attend a KYB Introduction, and it is not necessary to be a member of a KYB group. To find out if there is an in person or online KYB Introduction suitable for you to attend or join, click Events – CWCI Australia for dates, locations and contact details.
